Small Modern Bachelor Pad

I don't believe I've ever specifically made a house just especially for a single male sim. I generally make family homes. But I was so glad I decided to make a bachelor house this time, as I had a good time making a smaller lot with a single man sim in mind.

Of course this lot would be good for a female sim too, as it's pretty neutral. There's no dinosaurs or anything like that xD. At just ~35,000 simoleons, a single sim should be able to afford it (though of course, with a double bed, it would work well for a couple too).

First of all, I made sure that there were a few fun items in the house. Along with a nice tv, there is also a video game system and darts. There's also a grill and an outdoor eating area on the side porch. I had to sacrifice some room for a double bed, so that he can bring any sort of lady sim over that he wants . I also like the look of the dark stone for a bachelor.

I've been building in Beach City, and I saw one of the modern homes had used two placefriezes (the thick roof I often use) instead of just one on a single story, so I liked that idea, and decided to do that here. But I didn't want you to have to go down those empty 'floors', so I placed two skip level markers so when you get to the house, you go straight to the main floor.

Also, I am not sure why, but after the lot depreciated, it showed that the lot unfurnished only costed ~3,000 simoleons... I know it's cheap, but that price is insanely cheap. At first I thought it was a bug...
