Am I the only one that has a hard time coming up with names to call your lots? Well, I was thinking about what I should name this lot. It's not like it's a special themed lot, it's *just* a modern house. Hum, hum, what makes it special, what should I call it? The title came to me before I went to sleep a few days ago. Sometimes, you may think of a house by a certain adjective in your neighborhood. Or at least, you associate it with something. Your mind may not come up with a specific adjective, but for the sake of coming up with a name for the lot, I decided to take the idea and run with it! I will probably be naming more of my lots that I upload similarly!

Yes, blah blah, who cares about the silly name! Let's get on with the house.

While I was building this house on a 30X30 lot, I realized it wasn't big enough. So I placed it on a 30X40 lot. Unfortunately, there was a lot of extra space on the sides. But it's all good! I decided to add in a fence on the sides to use that room.

I also added in a few playground equipment to the back/side yard too, utilizing the space nicely. I also have a nice little bbq/outdoor eating area.

Now onto the amenities! This house has two bathrooms, 2 large master bedrooms, and a kids room with a bunk bed. There are also toys in the kids room. There is also a study, and two porches on the second level.
