Hey guys!

I am submitting my first starter home which I have made. This is a 20 x 15 small home which sleeps 2 sims. It contains a living room/kitchen area, a master bedroom, a small bathroom, a study and a small garden. I have used all base game content and this house was built using game version 1.57. This house contains no custom content.

I also created the study to convert into a nursary if your family decides to have children.
