Long Waterside futuristic house

I really liked making the little concert park by the water, so I wanted to see how big of a lot I could place by the water. I found that I was able to place a 25X40 lot by the water (25 being nearly right on the water). I thought this looks a little different, almost like with island paradise on the beach. Sadly I can't place it in the water since you 'can't place lots on lakes', but this is good enough. You have to place the lot in the specific place I indicate on the fourth picture here ( ).

This house is a bit unusual due to its size (you need the addlotsize mod to get this lot size), but I am glad I made a lot like this. Due to this, I made the lot four stories tall. The first/ground floor is shown on the backside of the house due to the angle of the hill, along with the ITF concrete to ensure that the backyard looks its best. There are two stairs going down to the lake so your sims could swim.

This house has four bedrooms (two on the ground floor, two on the second floor), a living room, kitchen/dining, study room, and a plumbot/lab room.
