Hi everyone,
Here is another one I packed up if any one would like it. Its a small one bedroom 2 bath with a roof patio area. It sells for around $48,000. It is unfurnished so should not have any hacks etc. I have Uni installed so am not sure if you will need to also. I hope you like it!
