No Autonomous Break Rope (Hitching post)

Hallo. I made a thing.

Again, I noticed how there weren't any mods that prevented horses from breaking the rope on the hitching post. So I made it instead of waiting for someone else to do it.

Reason
Whenever I try to play a game and I have to tie up multiple horses, they always break away after a while and I have to re-tie them, and then rinse and repeat.

Action
This mod prevents horses from breaking the rope when tied to the hitching post, unless you direct them to.

Conflicts
This mod will likely conflict with any other mods that alter the BreakRope_HitchingPost file.

Overrides
This file overrides the original BreakRope_HitchingPost.
