This four-apartment complex comes with two playable units (on the left) and two NPC units (on the right) so you can decide if you want to live upstairs or down. Each player unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and all upgraded appliances. Residents also enjoy a pool and playground in the back and ample parking in the front.

To look as pictured, you need to own all the objects listed below. I may have only used one or two things from a pack you're missing, though, so check the list. In order for this to function as an apartment lot you MUST have Late Night installed.
