So the next lot I've brought to you today began with my thought about small mountain valley and 2-story landscape Then I've designed a waterfall.. So at last had to finish this idea



Here we see a tudor-styled spa salon (perfect for Windenburg) with waterfall, surrounded with mountains. The lot is 4x3. I've mostly concentrated on landscaping here, so hope you'll like the result.
Despite of much MOO (in landscaping especially) I've hardly digged into specforums, cause my pines didn't want to remain on place while exporting, so now, after 30+ test versions, you may place the lot either with MOO enabled, or without - it will work in both variants. It's my gaming salon, so all objects are tested And - again - noCC

The 1-st floor with landscape is technically a basement floor (remember mountains and waterfall), so the first floor of the salon is EA basement, the second one is 1-st EA floor and the basement is 2-nd basement EA floor. Don't get confused

So then. landscape will please us with wild nature: mountains, waterfall, pines, grass and 4 ponds. 2 of them are available to swim (including the one under waterfall). Also we have a grill outside.

1-st floor:
-restroom;
-locker room (includes 2 lockers);
-4 showers (divided into 2 small bathrooms without toilets);
-2 saunas.
