einar - a seaside-y house of vague scandinavian flavor built for windenburg's island. four bedrooms sleeps eight sims, making it big enough for a legacy family. expansion is definitely a bit awkward unless you descend into the infinite basement realms. comes with skilling stuff (tv, bookshelf, easel, guitar, computer, bar), plus has a nice little area in the backyard big enough to support a garden. comes with an ULTRA TURBO LUXURY sauna and hot tub on the back porch. be sure to drop and move the lot with moveobjects turned on so you don't hate life.
