(NB: After the nuclear war scare was over, an elderly couple bought this bunker for their grandchild, who dreamed of being a botanist. They renovated and redecorated it, adding a porch for a little extra space. They also paid special attention to the plant life, taking care to keep the costs low. The grandchild used the top level for storage-- mostly for folding chairs and the occasional unexpected guest. They lived in it very happily until they met the love of their life and decided they needed a larger home, which is why it's now on sale.)
