A large yet compact modern house for your sims. This is a house that I have created for my CAW world 'Diligence Island' which will be available once all of the houses and sims are created. It has a very small front 'yard' if you can call it that but has an abundance of porches and outdoor seating areas and considering I'm terrible at outdoor areas and landscaping, this has turned out pretty good in my opinion. There are also 3 double bedrooms with lots of space (each with their own bathrooms), a laundry room, a large open plan living/dining/kitchen room compacted together, yet everything is still usable. Also this house is the inspiration of my creation of the Nebula Loveseat so if you want to include it, just remove the chairs in the living room and place the loveseat, which I think will improve it. I also used 2 car mods from www.freshprincecreations.com but they aren't necessary to play as they'll just be removed or replaced if you don't have them installed.
