Reduce Decay of Vampire Thirst Motive [Updated for 1.59.73.1020]

I made this mod when getting tired of how quickly my Vampires got thirsty. During my tests it took about 24 hours for a Vampire Sim to get to a thirsty state, with the 2x package I have put together it took twice aslong. As well as the 2x package, 5 other flavours are included to allow you to increase this time upto 10x or to even make it so your vampires never get thirsty at all.
Do not use more than one of these packages as they all edit the same resource.
