Reduced Burgliate and Klepto Swiping Cooldowns

Description:
Realm of Magic is not required for the reduced Swipe cooldowns.

Reduces or increases the cooldown time for Burgliate for Spellcasters and Swiping for Klepto Sims.

Normally you have to wait up to 8 hours between swipes and 4 hours between uses of Burgliate, included are packages that reduce/increase these cooldowns (the resulting cooldown is stated on each package).

If you want to remove the Klepto cooldown completely, check out itasan2's 'Anyone can Swipe Mod'.
