Maps to hidden locations cannot be purchased unless it is an owned business.
Travel souvenirs cannot be purchased unless you have this mod by Lord Darcy -> Vacation Souvenirs Buyable Everywhere.
Minor foot stompage may occur around the bathroom since it is a one tile hallway (eep!)
The community lot phones CAN be used where they are.
No actual travel bookings can be made on this lot, it is simply for fun.
Two fake parking spots are located on both sides of the building. They are decorative only as the spaces are only four spaces wide, not five.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
