iSandor here, designer of SimsWorld!

Today, again, we have a The sims 2 house I'm working on The sims 3 houses as well, but my game is crashing and I've lost patient :v anyway!

Actually, these The sims 2 houses I'm posting is a part of a collection that is already built. I'm only changing some stuff, and soon all of them (about 15 houses of all sizes and kinds) will be here available for download!

It's a simple house. Made for a couple of Sims. It has three floors, and it was built in the smallest lot in the game.

The house has, in the first floor:

- An entrance hall;
- The living room.



In the second floor:

- The kitchen;
- The dining room;
- The bathroom.



The top floor:

- Bedroom

We also have a garage and a pool area!

Well, this house doesn't have a roof, I decided to make something different with it.

Yes, I used a lot of custom content. That's why I'm reviewing all the houses, because some of the CC that I have in my game aren't available anymore for download, because the site that I've download are deleted.

It's also not an expansive house!
