The Sub-urban Dream family home is perfect for the nuclear Sim family. This build has NO CUSTOM CONTENT and is fully furnished and has one bathroom and two bedrooms.



The entrance to the home opens up to the left and the right. On the left we will find the TV Room, Home Office, and the kids room. On the right we will find the Dining room, Kitchen and the Master Bedroom. The kids bedroom and the master bedroom are connected on both sides by the bathroom. An interesting feature is how you can see into the Dining Room from the kitchen.



There is an attic upstairs which holds all the stuff; both precious and forgotten.



The most fun part of the build is the Garage; here we can find all sorts of musical instruments and a DJ Booth, a perfect place to start your Sims garage band.



Please go through the screenshots to get a better idea of the build. Please have bb.moveobjects on when you place the lot. Incase something moves from the shelves, please use Alt+9 to move objects up and Alt+0 to move objects down.
