A very pretty sight, indeed ! This Dutch colonial house is large enough to accommodate a family of three, four or even five. It has three well-lit bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, the floor plan is rather formal, with a large living room on the right and the dining room and kitchen on the left.
Lots of artistic details bring up the kerb appeal of this house to another level : a classic entry porch with round plaster pillars, with two bow windows on each side, wide eaves reminiscent of their Dutch ancestry, two lovely bull's-eyes framing the brick chimney...

The house is shown with Phaenoh's White Roof Trim Defaults. It is not included, but highly recommended, as it significantly improves any type of house.
For an even more period-accurate look, you could replace the round windows with jhd1189's Quarter Moon Window.
