This classic home of Victorian descent is the best choice one looking for durability and good taste can make. The exterior arrangements are simple yet attractive and will never go out of fashion. Notice the crossed gabled roof adding character to the ensemble.

The front door opens directly to an airy living and dining room with a fireplace. A hallway leads to a conveniently located half-bath, a breakfast nook, the kitchen and the stairs. The master bedroom upstairs has two wide closets. Two other bedrooms and a bathroom complete the plan.
The kitchen has a direct access to the exterior and to the basement.


- The house is unfurnished but contains basic fixtures such as lights, plumbing, a phone, a firealarm...
- The upstairs rooms were built with CFE cheat code to make the rooms wider and more realistic. It might lead to some patterned wallpapers to appear distorted.
- The house was built without any custom content and using only basegame objects. No EPs required.
