Hi all! Been SEVEN YEARS time since my last upload. (I've been in graduate school.) But Sims 4 was on sale a few months back and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about, so here's a new starter lot I did for Sims-Online's under 10K starter home challenge. Since I have City Living, which introduced dingy, less-expensive versions of some essential items, I decided to expand the challenge by adding a second bedroom and creating a family home. The lot has space for two adults, a child, and a toddler. There are books, toys, and a couple of planters, but I'd place a TV and computer at the top of my Sims' shopping list. There is plenty of room for expansion and upgrade.
