I was ready for something a little less challenging, so I built a vacation Home. It is very small. I tested all of the rooms briefly with a sim to make sure that they could maneuver around all of the furniture as it is necessarily close. A Lower income family of 3 would also be comfortable. It has all of the necessities that a sim considers important, a chess table, computer and TV. It also has a backyard grill and picnic table for vacationers the usual toybox and doll house for a child. I managed to stuff a dresser into the child's bedroom. I built this on the 20X20 lot in Windenburg on the island because there is a view of the bay from the backyard and the lot seems to be sufficiently located in a wooded area to make it a good vacation spot.
