The challenge to myself was to build a cute low cost starter home with the necessary items to make a starter sims family comfortable. The house is cute and does have the chess table, TV and computer as well as a fireplace (what luxury). I was able to keep the cost of the home below $20,000.00. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths so there will hopefully be little competition for the baths.
