Skido OFB - family house (no CC)

this is a classic style family home, evoking the nineties.
The combination of contemporary architectural cuts with classic finishes makes it interesting to have in the neighborhood.
I took on the challenge of creating this lot with three Eps although initially I had created it in the base game but the balcony part needed half walls to give it a more subtle finish.
no doubt this will be the ideal home for a modest family of sims.
