Beach lots for the vacation suburb of Three Lakes.


Houses cost less than $ 19900

These are two beach houses designed for the vacation suburb of Tree Lakes, although the vacation destination is of a mountainous theme it would not be a bad thing to have some beach lots in this neighborhood.
they are cheap houses for the sims to acquire in property and they can enjoy their
vacations in them.
They are available in two versions, a very tropical version with wooden foundations and another more similar to a hut. both houses have access to the beach through the backyard and the sims walk down a gentle slope.
the areas are referenced below;
  • 2 Bedrooms
  • Living Room
  • Dining room
  • 1 Bathroom
  • Kitchen
  • beach zone

These lots were created in the Phage Island neighborhood and tested for compatibility in the Three Lakes suburb. There should be no problems with your installation.
It's possible that these beach lots could be placed in other neighborhood templates that I have uploaded to MTS.
These lots are smaller compared to the templates included in the game but they are well suited to the coastal area of Three Lakes and have the advantage of not greatly modifying the beach area.
This beach lot was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

where you can put the beach lots ?

The Three Lakes map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot does not change when it is placed. however, keep in mind that since they are beach lots, they do modify the neighborhood terrain.
The Phage Island map also lists the areas where you can put the beach lots, however keep in mind that when dealing with irregular terrain lots this generates changes in relation to the location area. If you have or have any problems please let me know.
