Can be used in the suburb of Three Lakes.

Taking into account that the Three Lakes vacation neighborhood has little space available for beach lots, I have created these beach lots with the smallest and most functional size that the named neighborhood admits.
These houses are beach versions of ones that I had previously uploaded with differences in improvements and available space.
A beach lot version is included which can be installed in the vacation suburb without any inconvenience and can also be placed in other neighborhoods indicated in this post.

This beach lot was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

Where you can put The beach lots ?

-

The Three Lakes map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot doesn't change when it is placed. however, keep in mind that since they are beach lots, they do modify the neighborhood terrain.
The Phage Island map also lists the areas where you can put the beach lots, however keep in mind that when dealing with irregular terrain lots this generates changes in relation to the location area. If you have or have any problems please let me know.
The beach lot can also be used with these neighborhood maps:

* Charm Island Map

Those mentioned were where the beach lot was tested, possibly it can serve in other neighborhood templates.
