2 lots designed for the summer vacation suburb.

These are two simple colonial and family houses, both houses have the same floor plan but differ in that one is a normal version for the neighborhood and the other has a backyard with a beach.
On the first floor is the driveway with garage which has an internal access that communicates with the living room, kitchen and dining room, the L-shaped staircase leads to the second floor of the house in which there is a double room, children's room and hallway is conditioned as a study area that has access to the balcony.
These homes are pet friendly and both are furnished for your adorable companion tenant.
They are also ideal for a vacation suburb, the Sims will have a great time.
The beach lot was created with the Mootilda tool. Lot Adjuster
