This house isn't a model of my authorship and it was based on the plan published in a 2012 magazine.
Unfortunately I don't have a digital plan for comparison because 8 years have passed and until the day I decided to share this lot here.
I did the roof design.



This simple lot is suitable for a Sims family, it has what is necessary and although the cost of the lot isn't that of a starter, it is comfortable for those who like single-story houses. It has an access door to the backyard where there is a swing for the fun of the residents.
