My first build in Evergreen Harbor. An ultra modern white and black brick bachelor pad. 1 bedroom/2bathrooms, large pool, spa area with hot springs, sauna, massage room and gym on the first floor as well as a music/screening room. There is also a garage and the laundry room. Big open plan second floor with kitchen and eat-in area with big skylight above, office, bar and TV area, wine closet and formal sitting area with fire place and skylight above. BBQ and outdoor sitting area on the pool terrace.

The third floor has an open plan master bedroom with a big en-suite bathroom. There is a glass catwalk leading to a terrace with a sitting area and external staircase leading down to the pool terrace.Another terrace at the back of the house has some greenery and a meditation area and stairs leading up to the roof with a hot tub and yoga mat surrounded by lots of greenery. Have moveobjects onto CC
