Welcome to Evergreen Boulevard.

This is a lot I made some time ago but it took ages to decorate and get the floorplan the most accurate I could.
It is taken from a real house and I have attached some images of both the exterior and the floorplans, I couldn´t find any pictures of the inside so I had to decorate it as I thought would fit the house.

It is a large house with three bedrooms, two baths, one WC, laundry, office, a large open plan kitchen/diner/familyroom and a functional garage, although the garage doors are just windows and there are no cars to drive, but you know what I mean

The garden is also big with a lot of flowers and a large patio in the back with a pool and seating areas. From the master suite you have your own exit to the garden with a private area to sit.

One of the other bedrooms I have made for a teenager and the third bedroom is a guest bedroom with a shared bathroom.

I tried to make it look as much as possible as the original so I hope you like it

The cars are not included in the download but they are made by SimsCraft here at MTS and you will find the links in the download information. You do not need them but I thought they made it look more realistic
