Lakeview Terrace
Lakeview Terrace is located on a huge lot with a little lake.
This timber house offers 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and an additional guest house with a studio apartment.



The house and the guest house are surrounded with terraces, from which you have nice views to the lake.
On the Ground Floor of the main house you will find a big living- and dining room with an open plan kitchen, a two story high entrance lobby with the staircase, a bathroom and a little office.
The two bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the First Floor.
There are a lot of glass windows to enjoy the view of the lake and its surrounding nature.
A pool with sun terrace and a little pavilion and a space to park two cars are also located on this lot, the huge size of it gives your Sim a lot of possibilities to walk around the lake and enjoy the views.
The house is completely furnished and color coordinated in calm beige and brown tones with lots of timber.

The lot was a former community lot and due to its size 64x64 it only fits in a certain location in Sunset Valley, which you will find out in the slideshow, as well as many other pictures of the lot.
