Use Toddler Toys From Anywhere

EA made it so that toddlers can't use their toys if they are on a different level of the house than them, probably because toddlers can't use stairs in the unmodified game. However, there are plenty of hacks to allow some or all toddlers to use stairs now, and this restriction also made it so that toddlers who were outside could not use toys that were inside, or vice versa, even if they could get to them without climbing stairs. For some reason, EA never put this restriction on the potty, however. This hack removes the restriction, allowing you to direct the toddler to use a toy regardless of where they happen to be. No promises about what happens if the toddler can't climb necessary stairs.
