This community lot is meant to be a place you can drop either into your vacation hood or a subhood and have your sims stay in. Once you place it be sure to use the 'changelotzoning hotel' cheat for it to function like a lodging lot. If in a vacation hood you will be able to save when your sims arrive but if it's in a subhood, you will not be able to save, this can just work as a pitstop area for your sims to sleep and refresh after a day touring some lots in the subhood.

The Motel has a check-in/common area that has free cappuccino self-serve. A door out the back leads to a swimming pool and hot tub along with some lounge chairs.

There are 4 motel rooms, each a different color with a matching fun wall paper. Bathrooms and other furnishings are all the same. Each room comes with a double bed, wall-mounted television, dresser, table for two, and a kitchenette area with a mini fridge and microwave. Each room also has a sliding door to a fenced off patio area that overlooks the pool.

It's not too fancy but enough of a budget place your sims can hole up for the night.

This is a clean copy that also was cleaned with the Chris Hatch tool. Feel free to gut it and re-model it however you want in whatever theme you want for whatever vacation or subhood you want.
