My first house to share with everyone. This is a medium 'ranchito' like those that usually exist in Tequila Ranch located in Jalisco ayayayay! Its a spanic inspired stile with enough room for a typical family with typical situations.

Its a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house. The house is furnished with everiting essential what does a normal mexican, latin or hispanic sim needs. :9

The outside features an impressive lush with flowers on each side and a powerly eco-electric sistem how people in Mexico like to economize. There are loungers in the backyard of the foundation. The roof is a brown-red clay. A stone middle wall surroundes the emplacement as are used in the ranches only to give connectivity to the workers and to indicate the properties.

Added data: I wanted a king style bed for the mom an dad in the house and had the idea: open the cheat tray ( ctrl + shift + C ) activate the cheat 'moveobjects on' and place a couple of double beds on one side,but it's possible to use it to sleep on each side without any mod, although they can't do woohoo without the Mod UseInaccessibleBeds ( http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims2P...s2_Sleeping.htm ) anyway the plan to sleep three people, because the child is usually afraid of zombies at night.
