There's only one type of shapewear underwear, and it's clearly supposed to be the frumpy underwear. But I like high waists and adequate bust support! I think it's hotter than stringy things.

So I made this - super high waist, with a strapless long line bra. Semi-opaque lace panels, with fully opaque bits where it matters.

I guess it's probably a little retro inspired.

I was embarrassingly pleased with the results. So much so that I made nine colors for it and I have to actively make myself not buy a set for every adult female sim I get my mitts on.

I know it looks like it's probably coarse and stiff, and like when she takes it off it'll leave marks on her skin. But I asked them all and they were like, "ooh, ja boo!" so it's clearly fine.
