Inspired by Eltanin's child versions. Except they were using new meshes, and these are just recolors of base game clothes.
As opposed to the adult versions, Teen Cassandra's outfit is a top and bottom, while Teen Bella's is a full dress. I didn't make it strapless because when I was a teenager, I couldn't get a strapless top to stay up if my life depended on it.
