From The Book series Harry Potter; Fleur Delacour. Born in France and quarter veela on her mother's side. At some point in her adolescence, she began attending Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, during her final year her school competed in the Tri-Wizard tournament, a magical competition between Europes three magical schools. Despite the dangers, she entered her name and ended up being chosen to represent her school, though contest had been rigged. Following her graduation, she moved to England and got a part-time job at Gringotts bank where she met Bill Weasley the two began a relationship and dated a year before getting engaged. During this time she also joined the Order of the Phoenix to help in the second war. When Bill was heavily disfigured by Greyback she rushed to his bedside and vowed to stay by him to the shock of many, they married a view months later though the reception was later interrupted by death eaters. Following the war, she and Bill had three children. In her youth she was arrogant and conceited and had a tendency to be very blunt and honest with her opinions which sometimes came off as rude, this and her beauty made her disliked by many. Though truthfully she was a warm and caring person, fiercely loyal and protective of those she loved. She was a highly talented witch skilled in nonverbal magic, dueling, and charms.
