Does your Sim desire a comfortable luxurious life far away from the bustling city? Well, this little cabin might just be their dream home! This small wooden cabin offers everything a Sim might need, with the added benefit of the peace and quiet that can only be found in the woods.
What the cabin offers
The house is composed of 1 double room and 1 full bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen + dining area. The backyard is equipped with a small fishing pond, a grill area (in case your Sim decides they want to be sociable and organize a BBQ party) and even a sauna. They can even have a swing at throwing axes if they desire to do so. There is at least 1 item of furniture for the development of each skill.
I'm particularly proud of this little house, as I made it from scratch after inspiration struck me like lightning one day - something that only happened to me this once. It may not be especially exciting architecture-wise, but I feel like it encaptures the mood of the cabin quite well. Okay, maybe a somewhat luxiourious cabin (what with the sauna and all).
I've found it very practical for playing a household composed of two career-driven Sims: it's quite compact, but still has everything one might need to live comfortably and build the skills needed for work. It's not exactly a starter home as it is a little pricy - but nothing one or two little motherlodes can't fix
or maybe a few promotions at work if you don't like cheats.
