In keeping with the tradition of run-down lots for Poker Flats, here is another that is nice yet not so nice :D

The original part of the house was built in 1932, as a garage. Somewhere along the line it developed into a small one bedroom home. In the 50s the back portion was added so it would have a second bedroom and a bathroom. It's seen better days, much of them were neglectful, but it still stands in it's own proud way, showing it's age along with its somewhat overgrown charm.

Whoever ends up owning this *cough* piece of history, will acquire a small but adequate home that will comfortably sleep 4 sims, as well as a baby/toddler. Hopefully whatever children use the swing in the back don't decide to try to fly off and high jump into the river...but it does sound fun!

The costs are as follows:

Unfurnished: $12856 (includes the basic necessities and landscaping)
Furnished: $29213

Lot size: 20x30 (This lot is built specifically for 5 Poker Flats Drive in Twinbrook. Of course it can be placed anywhere, but I doubt it would look right. Alternate placement at your own risk.)

There is no store content, custom content or stuff packs. I only used Base game items, World Adventures and Ambitions.

Footnote: This lot was created on an M1 iMac (64-bit), so I provided the sims3pack and the package file for download. I did test it on a windows pc and it installed just fine.
