While I was on a break from uploading lots and housing, I noticed that a lot of houses out there are built and furnished for families (couples, children, etc.), and that there was a gap in the market for housing for single Sims and housemates. Thus, I have returned to Shields Road with some houses for your singletons.


123 Shields Road is a 1BR 1BA starter house for two. It's quite a petite house comfortably furnished at a starter price. It includes fenced gardens, and a fireplace in the living room.
