Hello again.
I'm happy to see the first replica home was uploaded successfully, so here is the second of the homes in the Tutorial Neighborhood.

This home is the one from 'Part 2 of The Basics' tutorial.

This is the medium sized home in the tutorial neighborhood, with "Part 1' being the smallest home and the "New Gameplay' home being the largest.
I hope you can find a place in your neighborhood for it.

Notes:
All should be as it is in the tutorial neighborhood minus the newspaper.
Other then that I didn't catch anything when comparing the two.
