Hello.
This is a replica of Part1 of The Basics Tutorial Home.

I'm not a homebuilder, but I wanted to try and recreate these houses for those who have the Joe and Jane Tutorial Sims in their neighborhood and would like to also have their homes too.

Explaination..
After extracting Joe and Jane Tutorial I found it hard to extract their homes as well, so I decided to just try and recreate them.
Two are what I hope are exact replicas give or take something minor.
The third (New GamePlay House) I built onto a larger lot and it sits further back than the original house.
It was my own personal preference and I hope it's not a problem.

If this first home is approved for upload, then I'll be happy to upload the other two also.
