This is the third of the Tutorial homes and is called the 'New GamePlay' home.

Notes:
I built it onto a larger lot and the only difference should be that it sits further back on the lot than the original.
The original was only two blocks from the sidewalk and it was my own personal preference to place it on a larger lot and I hope it's not a problem.


Everything else with the house should be accurate.
