Neighborhood template for beach suburb
create and place beach lots easily

This is a neighborhood map with various levels of terrain and a fantastic road plan, which makes it ideal for creating a vacation destination or simply as a beach neighborhood with landscaping, be it where the beach lots are placed or normal.
The name of this template is related to the shape it has, although it could be named as peanuts, beans or kidneys, as an alternative to these, an Italian word was used that means the same thing, the meaning is peanuts.
You can place any of the 1 x 1 lots and four corner lots that Mod The Sims users have created with the view of multiple races around them, if you want a different concept in terms of landscaping both from the general view of the neighborhood and from the view of the lot.

The road plan of this template is centered within normal limits so using a camera mod is optional.
