This is one of the houses belonging to the game The Sims Pet Stories, which was created in a version with a makeover and the other is a version with a beach.
The beach lot was created on the template of the Three Lakes vacation suburb and can be placed in the Desiderata Valley neighborhood.

The beach lot was created in the Three Lakes vacation suburb neighborhood and tested for compatibility in the Desiderata Valley. There should be no problems with your installation.
It's possible that these beach lots could be placed in other neighborhood templates that I have uploaded to MTS.
This beach lot was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

Where you can put the beach lot ?

The Three Lakes map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot doesn't change when it is placed. however, keep in mind that since they are beach lots, they do modify the neighborhood terrain.
The Phage Island map also lists the areas where you can put the beach lots, however keep in mind that when dealing with irregular terrain lots this generates changes in relation to the location area. If you have or have any problems please let me know.
The beach lot can also be used with these neighborhood maps:

* BaysLand Map
* Charm Island Map


Those mentioned were where the beach lot was tested, possibly it can serve in other neighborhood templates.
