Dorms 1x1 - 3 Rooms - 2 versions

These are university residences created and designed in the La Fiesta Tech neighborhood, they are ideal for those who like to have few roommates or for a small group of sims just starting out his college life, all this was possible thanks to the Mootilda tools, Lot Adjuster

On the first floor of the residence there is a corridor with a coffee table and telephone, a bathroom that can use female and male sims and community cooking.
On the second floor there are two simple bedrooms, one with a television, another with a desk, a bathroom that can be used by both sexes and a video game machine in the hallway.
On the third floor is a bedroom with a double bed with television, a study room with desk with computer and library, outside is a balcony with a reclining chair, a telescope and a chess table covered by an awning. The two plots have the same design, Colors, plans and available terrain are only different in number of access roads.

The external part of the four-way residence is decorated with plants, a fountain and a chair in the backyard.
the traffic of the sims can occur on any of the roads except in the version with front normal. The lots were built in the La Fiesta Tech neighborhood and were designed for the aforementioned although it is possible to be able to use them in other different university neighborhoods.
