250 Main + 1050 Leisure Renovated (Sims 2 Residential Lots)

Hello and welcome!

I think I've mentioned before that there are two specific lots in DV that I really like and those are 250 Main Street and 1050 East Leisure Lane. I'm not sure what exactly makes them so special honestly, but for some reason they always stood up to me.

A couple years back I've beed playing with the premade families in this town for quite some time and after a while these two lots were left unoccupied. So I decided to steal them into my custom neighbourhood because I thought they'd look so nice together if I patch them up a little bit and recently I decided to share them here. Just in case anyone needs them.

So, let's start with 250 Main Street:

Overall this one was already looking quite fine and the only major change I've done was the layout. The rest was purely cosmetical: deleted the fences, changed the interiour finishing, but just a bit (because I still wanted it to resemble the original owners) and repainted the exteriour so it would match the second lot.

Now, 1050 East Leisure Lane was a bit more of a challenge because even though I like this one more, it needed much more work than I expected. I tried to make it look more symmethrical and I think it turned out looking really cute. Of course, the layout had to be changed as well, but just like it was with the first lot, I tried not to touch the finishing too much.

Both lots are unfurnished (exept for the lights), both are 40x50 and neither of them requires/includes any CC.
250 Main costs 50.716, 1050 Leisure costs 43.851.

Now, since both lots used to be occupied, I'd recommend to be extra cautios. Of course I've checked them with every tool I have and everything seems to be fine, but you know how this game is: give it a slightest reason to die and it will happily use the opportunity lol.
