Fantastic ecofriendly starter house located on a small 20x15 plot in Willow Creek. The house has everything an aspiring eco-friendly sim could want and is designed for a maximum of 1 or 2 sims.

All the appliances, faucets, etc. have been upgraded to make them more eco-friendly so you don't have to waste your time. Also, the way the features of the plot are configured, you will pay a very low price for the bills which is usually around 3.500 simoleons or even less.

The house has 2 floors + basement where you can find:

- Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and pool area, garden and BBQ.

- First floor: Master bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

- Basement: room of manufacturers (ecolifestyle) and laundry.

Activate the trick bb.moveobjects on before installing the house so that no objects disappear.
