Kondoramy is a set of three small family houses in which the sims can live and share their aspirations and relationships with their neighbors in an active and happy way.
If you decide to install in your neighborhood the set of houses naming Kondoramy Park, it offers a backyard which has a basketball court with a unique and innovative design, a park for the little sims in the family and a fully equipped barbecue area. communal and affordable for all residents.
Each house that makes up the complex is made up of a living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. They also have independent balconies where you can place objects of your choice.
Although the houses were designed and built for small neighborhoods or with little available space, they are functional and versatile for any player who wants something simple, uncomplicated that allows them to achieve the objectives of the game in a fluid way.
A Kondoramy 1x3 sized version is also offered in this post for those players who wish to place it in the middle of the two roads in the Strangetown neighborhood or in the Phage Island neighborhood template.
