Small Restaurants 1x1 Size lot - 2 Versions

This is an improved version of the Small Corner Restaurant that I had published and that in this post is offered in two versions, a version with four side paths where the Sims can enter through two additional fence doors to the front and the front only version to place In any neighborhood road which does not allow the corner version, the kitchen and bathroom have been reduced to give a better distribution space with an additional double table.
The lot with four roads allows a couple of sims to sit on the back, these plots are ideal for fulfilling the desire to go to dinner during the course of a date.
These lots were created with the Mootilda tool. Lot Adjuster
