This is a classic English design family home. here the sims enjoy a summer atmosphere with beach access in the backyard.
If you wish, you can place the driveway where the pond is located.
Thanks to the Mootilda's Lot Adjuster tool and SimPE it was possible to create a beach lot smaller than the ones included in the game.

this lot is made up of the following areas:
  • 2 Bedrooms
  • Living Room
  • Dining room
  • 1 - 1/2 bathrooms
  • kitchen
  • fountain and pond
  • Backyard with beach access

This lot was tested and placed in various neighborhood templates to test its performance.
You must be aware that when it comes to beach lots, these are uneven terrain that modifies the terrain of the neighborhood.

this is a beach lot and should be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.
