Simple story for this house:
A fellow from internet published his artwork on Discord of a house that he had to make for his class. I saw it and instantly loved it, so I asked him if I can build it in The Sims? He said yes, so here it is! This "Fancy House" of his project, that I bulit in the game.

I made it in The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection"" version of the game, so I'm not sure if it will work on other versions of the game.

Site says that you need a custom content for this build, but trust me, you don't, so don't mind it!
